5th Grade | 970.484.1171 x252

Ms. Baeverstad is so excited to be a part of the Saint Joseph Catholic School community!

Ms. Baeverstad was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science and a Master’s in Education and Human Resource Studies. Her student teaching was completed at Lucile Erwin Middle School in 7th grade science. After completing her student teaching, she accepted a position at the same school and has been teaching middle school mathematics for the past five years. During her time at Lucile Erwin, she has been able to teach all levels of mathematics, including intervention courses in literacy and mathematics.

Ms. Baeverstad’s Catholic Faith has played an important role in her life. In college, she was an active member of RamCatholic at Saint John XXIII, led a bible study of 17+ women, and is still actively participating in a Catholic women’s group.

Supporting students in their faith journeys and lifelong learning is what she looks most forward to this upcoming school year.
