Ms. Allegra Castro is excited to join our school community as our new art teacher! She believes that the ability to think creatively elevates all aspects of our lives and is dedicated to guiding students to engage their creative muscles and flex their imaginations.

Ms. Castro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts, with an emphasis in photography,  from the University of Wyoming. While studying for her degree, she received a grant that enabled her to travel Route 66 from Illinois to California, sharing and creating art with people from all walks of life. During the project, she realized the importance of the arts and their unique role in the lives of each individual.

Ms. Castro is co-owner of That Flower Shop in Cheyenne, Wyoming. When not teaching or designing beautiful floral arrangements for weddings and special events, she spends her free time exploring and learning new things, always ready for the next adventure. She loves being outdoors, fishing and kayaking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
