Ms. Mundhenke is excited to be returning to Saint Joseph Catholic School. She is thrilled to be stepping into the world of physical education after many wonderful years in the classroom.

She earned a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University in 2011, her CNA through Front Range Community College, and her teaching license from Friends School TPP in Boulder. She has enjoyed coaching a variety of sports from basketball to soccer, as well as BstrongBfit Girls Running program through UCHealth. Her favorite class in elementary school was P.E.!

Ms. Mundhenke loves her new paddleboard and a variety of board games. You can sometimes find her being crafty or chasing after her many nieces and nephews. She also likes to travel to the Denver Museum to discover new things and the Denver Zoo to watch the penguins.
