Mrs. Pulido, a Saint Joseph alumna, is excited to be returning to Saint Joseph Catholic School as one of our preschool teachers. She has more than six years of experience working with students in a variety of settings, ranging from a teacher’s aide in various child care facilities to an assistant teacher at a local Montessori school. She graduated Colorado State University with a degree in early childhood education and has her early childhood educator teacher’s license from the State of Colorado. Mrs. Pulido’s teaching style is based upon student-centered, teacher directed classrooms in which every child is provided appropriate support and encouragement based on his or her individual needs. She believes that every child is capable of learning, so long as teachers acknowledge the talents and abilities that students bring to the classroom, and mold curriculum around them with the help
of state standards.
Mrs. Pulido is as passionate about her Catholic faith as she is educating her students. She has been deeply connected to the Catholic Church most of her life and loves attending Mass at Saint Joseph Catholic Church with her family.
